As we was trying the different mattresses out she was telling us the different qualities in the mattresses not just trying to take our money. As they delivered the mattresses we met her husband Mark a real good guy. He took his time to set up all of the mattresses in each room. Let me clarify that I was not offered a discount or anything at all for my review. This company has always been professional and I’ve used them for my previous home as well as the one I just moved to. I call them often for re services because well, we are in NC, and this summer has been crazy hot with all the extra bugs to go with it. The ladies who answer the phone are always super nice and send someone out (usually Weston at my new home) as soon as they can. It’s not about their customer service, it’s about how we as customers speak to people. Everyone deserves respect. If you, as a customer, are unable to do that or are just rude don’t expect someone to just deal with it. This world is crazy enough. This company is great and we all just really need to do better at being nice Humans. Thanks to who ever does the responses on these reviews for dealing with the Karen’s how we all wish we could.
