The building itself is charmingly decorated and impeccably clean. The entire atmosphere of the airport is unlike any I’ve been to boasting a down-home feel with everyone you come into contact with being amazingly friendly and helpful. Ms. Laura Smith, Customer Service Representative, went absolutely above and beyond to assist me in a special request. She expedited the request effectively and effortlessly and followed up to make sure everything in the plans went as planned.
