“I give this place 3 stars because the front desk staff and scheduling team is amazing. They are helpful and kind and went out of their way to assist me with my mammogram. I wish I could say the same for the technician, Estefani P. She on the other hand is rude, cold, and lacks knowledge or understanding. I won’t go back here as long as Estefani is a technician. She should have a desk job in a room where she doesn’t have to talk to or engage with other people, ever. There’s absolutely no good reason to be so unkind. Update: I’m editing my review and changing my original 3 star review to a 4 star review. The supervisor called me right away to try to resolve the issues that I had. She was kind and listened well to my concerns and I appreciated the follow up. This is what sets a company a part from the rest. She made sure that my chart was updated so that I get a different technician than the one I had when I come back. I like a business that follows through and puts the client/costumer/or patient first. As long as I never have to see Estafi for care again, I would return to Cardinal Points Imaging for future mammograms.”
