“I'm on my way to my toddler's upcoming appointment at CFH. I was pulling up the directions and saw the recent negative comments and had to stop and leave my own review, because the comments recently posted are not reflective of my experience at CFH, whatsoever. We transferred here when my daughter was ~ 11 months old after the final straw in a string of terrible experiences with our former PCP (I was yelled at by her previous Pediatrician because I called the afterhours line when she was lethargic and had a 101 degree fever + diarrhea, and was asked why I was calling instead of "just giving her some Tylenol.") I was looking for a few major things that were lacking with our previous PCP: - Friendly front desk staff - A genuine feeling of care and concern from the staff - Professional, warm bedside manner from her Dr/NP - Thorough explanations of medical concerns and/or answers to our questions - Open to alternative vaccine schedules I found all of that at CFH. The drive here can be almost an hour for us and I make it every 3 months, willingly, because the care my daughter receives from Jamie Bledsoe and the CFH staff is outstanding. We are greeted with warmth from the receptionist welcoming us in the door until the chorus of friendly goodbyes we always leave the office to. We are taken in promptly, and they know we drive a distance to get there and have been understanding when I've been a few minutes late. Most importantly, I can tell my daughter feels comfortable here. Care has been outstanding and I've learned a lot from Dr Bledsoe. Outside of preventative care and checkups, she always tells me about something new, like the Imagination Library. I always leave with printouts of playgroup and parenting group suggestions (yes, even though we aren't from the area, she takes the time to print out resources she is aware of that are closer to us at the end of our appointments, and we've signed up for several of them upon her recommendation.) Dr Bledsoe makes me feel informed and confident, and as a first time mom, I appreciate that. I literally can not say enough about CFH. I was afraid to change PCPs because I assumed the terrible service I had grown accustomed to was the standard. CFH proved that to be completely wrong, and I am so glad our family stumbled across this gem of a Family Doctor's office.”

“I became a patient of Dr. Kahn's a couple of years ago. His attention to detail, ability to listen to my concerns, and actively listen (not just nod his head, waiting for me to finish so he can talk again, as soo many other doctors do). I was impressed with his current knowledge of cutting edge procedures and medical findings. He stays up to date on things and that is super important. I liked him so much I had my wife switch Doctors to Dr. Kahn. I feel that no matter what the future brings for my health and safety (and my wifes') Dr. Kahn will be there with us, making sure we understand what everything means and truly caring about our well being. You can immediately tell Dr. Kahn is a good person, it comes off of him in waves. Happy to have him as our Doctor. Cheers!”

“Update ***. The manager came by today. He brought me some of the needed product. Thank God. The problem was the person in charge of ordering, they didn't till I complained. The 5 Stars are for him. He said anytime I have a problem, to ask for him They have been 5 Stars the entire time I have been receiving goods from them. Something has changed. No followup if you have a problem.Wrong size sent with last delivery in January.Called and had them picked up. Another order was to be sent. Again no followup. I called again Monday. No followup. Called again today, Thursday. No follow up! No driver. May get what I need tomorrow or Saturday! What do I do in the meantime, sit on the toilet all night and all day, till my order is delivered!”

“This is the absolute best Dental office I have ever encountered, I have had many. The office manager is incredible. She’s very efficient and caring. She welcomes you in and treats you like family. She calls you by name when you enter and inquires of how you are doing. It’s not just me, I have watched others arrive and get the exact same welcome. The other staff members are very efficient and caring as well. Dr Mooring is wonderful too, I know he needs to be, he’s the reason for going. He has very strong interpersonal skills as well as the knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and treating dental ailments, and very trustworthy with any information he provides. I fell in love with the atmosphere and staff there on my very first visit. I will be moving a couple of hours away soon, but what I have encountered and experienced there, it definitely will be worth my drive.”

“Overall I loved the experience my son had at Now we're talking pediatric therapy. My son's therapist Rachel was always responsive, treated my son with respect and engaged well with my son. She made him feel safe to communicate more. I noticed that the rooms changed a lot which is fine but I think would have been useful to get my son comfortable with his surroundings. They also really worked with me when my health insurance didn't want to pay. They advocated on behalf of my son's needs and were able to get it covered. Love this place! My son also looked forward to attending his speech therapy appointments.”

“I give this place 3 stars because the front desk staff and scheduling team is amazing. They are helpful and kind and went out of their way to assist me with my mammogram. I wish I could say the same for the technician, Estefani P. She on the other hand is rude, cold, and lacks knowledge or understanding. I won’t go back here as long as Estefani is a technician. She should have a desk job in a room where she doesn’t have to talk to or engage with other people, ever. There’s absolutely no good reason to be so unkind. Update: I’m editing my review and changing my original 3 star review to a 4 star review. The supervisor called me right away to try to resolve the issues that I had. She was kind and listened well to my concerns and I appreciated the follow up. This is what sets a company a part from the rest. She made sure that my chart was updated so that I get a different technician than the one I had when I come back. I like a business that follows through and puts the client/costumer/or patient first. As long as I never have to see Estafi for care again, I would return to Cardinal Points Imaging for future mammograms.”

“I was a little nervous at first about going to Dr. Cohen because of the appearance of the inside of his office, but he quickly surprised me! He is so skilled in what he does. He took my first wisdom tooth out the other day and he was very gentle and made sure he didn't hurt me. I've heard horror stories about wisdom teeth being removed, but he made it a very simple and painless process. The way he removed it prevented it from being too sore afterwards, as well! I'm definitely going to get my last wisdom tooth removed by him and I strongly recommend him as your dentist if you are tired of dentists that don't care/rush to get things done. Cohen will take his time if need be to make sure your experience is as painless and easy as can be, while he does possibly the best work I've personally seen on teeth.”
