“It was a crime how slow the place was during lunch hours! Look at the pics of the food. It speaks for itself. I mean the cheese pull from that bite of pizza was absolute perfection. Garlic knots came out hot and fresh, with drips of garlic sauce on the plate to slide the knots in. Crispy outside, light and airy on the inside. I even dropped a pic of the silverware next to the pizza so you can get an idea of the pizza size. I am so delighted that we stopped here for lunch as the food and service were outstanding. I dropped the atmosphere to a 4 for nitpicky reasons. Like the fact that there was no music or sound for ambiance. Also, some of the pictures on the walls were crooked and my wife fixates on things like that. However, the food review still stands. Overall this place is a strong 4.7 out of 5 in my book. Definitely worth going back for more!”

“Apartments are OK. But there is a mold issue around every window in the apartment. Everytime it hits the winter months they will start to sweat and have mold around them. I have to clean mine every couple of weeks with mold and mildew spray. Does no good to Call maintenance because they're basically just going to clean the same way I did with the mold and mildew do spray.”

“After submitting the online form, there was a lot of phone tag. This is somewhat my fault as I can be difficult to reach via phone. The cost was more than fair. Once I accepted the work, it was weeks before I heard anything, no confirmation at all. I finally called and then my appointment was scheduled pretty quickly. Day of, the folks were nice and worked really hard. It honestly looked beautiful and it was a very hot day so I was grateful. There was a patch missed that the estimator had mentioned where mulch would be put in front of my crawlspace door so the grass wouldn’t grow there and it would be easy to access. They came back within a week to “fix” this but ended up putting mulch in front of the crawlspace door in a way that would block it from opening it at all. Then, within a week or 2 you could see the grass poking through the mulch. It seems very obvious that one should either remove or cover the grass so it doesn’t grow up through the mulch. While it did look beautiful and the folks were very easy to work with, I’m still pretty disappointed with the lack of longevity of the work.”

I made the mistake of using another body shop here in town off Tramway Rd (you know the place) needless to say car was a mess from them after they failed 2x to fix my car (tramway place) but the Nick trio jumped at the chance to fix us right up. Pleasure to work with and my ins company State Farm had no problem at all!! Very professional! Very helpful! Easy to work with! Speedy repair! You can tell they take great pride in the work they do as they even introduced me to the painter (guy who did the spraying and color matching) who was also very professional and courteous I will be telling everyone I know where to go (Here) and where NOT to go (the other guys) Thanks team at Protec!”

“We had some water leaking inside on the master bedroom window when it would rain heavy. I contacted Window King and the owner Kenneth returned my message within a few hours. We have dealt with a plethora of various companies doing various renovations and upgrades on our property but none have came close to the level we have experienced from Window King. Kenneth was extremely communicative and explained in depth the nature of the problem and conveyed in layman terms how he would resolve the issue, the time and date to complete same. We always have some skepticism when reading reviews but after our interaction with Kenneth I assure you the company is fitting of all the rave reviews depicted across the social platform. So it gives us a great honor to add to his accolades and even better when we can support a locally own business.
