“I just wanted to say that Scott did a phenomenal job with this order. I had ordered coins for a company event with our logo on one side and the coins look awesome. We had ordered 600 coins for this event and my biggest concern was making sure they did not melt. We had received the package as a box with a thick Styrofoam cooler on the inside. In the cooler was a plethora of packing peanuts and as I dug my way to the core of this package I had found a couple ice packs. These ice packs were still freezing after a week of shipping. I was incredibly impressed! The coins were inside their own box and I had found no damage. The company logo was clear, and centered, and the chocolate tasted great. Even from the beginning of this process, I feel like I have received over and beyond customer service. Scott had asked me to provide additional pictures of the logo to make sure the logo would turn out exactly how we wanted and was endlessly grateful. He had written me a special thanks on our invoice and I felt the appreciation. Foiled again took care of us and I can't imagine them providing less then 100% of their best work for anyone else. I will continue to shop for all my chocolate coin needs with Foiled Again!”

“I called Eddie in the ninth hour the day of my sister's, my mother's, and my father's memorial service. After losing the very people that helped instill in me a strong family bond, the very people that taught me what family means, all within a year and a half, I was on the verge of an emotional breakdown and I completely forgot to have an arrangement made. The service was at 3:00 p. m. I called Eddie between noon and one o'clock and I was nearing panic mode. I explained what I needed, that my budget was pretty much non existent, and that it was needed in less than two hours. I honestly expected aggravation to be the overtone in his voice when he replied, so I was pretty shocked when he warmly chuckled and asked where the arrangement needed to be. He asked what colors, and I chose white in honor of my mom's fight with lung cancer (the ribbon is off white, i think) and blue because it was daddys and Jessies favorite color. He wasn't sure if he had enough blue left, but assured me he'd "see what I can throw together". He was already at the church with the delivery when we got there but I wasn't able to catch him in time to say Thank you. When I walked in and saw what he "threw together", I cried. It was absolutely beautiful. Elegant and Sassy. That's what it reminds me of, which if you know my family, you know how fitting it is. I can't speak highly enough of Floral Designs by Eddie. He had definitely earned a faithful and life long customer.”

“I worked closely with Imaging Supplies in the relationship with Capitol Broadcasting Company. Steve and Walter were great in helping us to keep our toners stocked and keeping our printers in optimal working condition. We never had to worry about running out of toners because they would always come through to do inventory checks. If we did run out, particularly during weather events from all the printing the News department was doing, they were always quick to respond and deliver. We also were able to build up our inventory throughout the company once the other lines of business heard about their service. I enjoyed the relationship that I had with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with inventory or servicing.”
