“Our home was built in the 1930s so we have a lot of critters who have made our house their home. These guys came and sprayed for us over a year ago and we only had to call them here recently for a respray. They are very good at answering any questions, knowledgeable and professional. As well as, they are very attentive to your home, family and pets and very affordable. We will be using them for many years to come.”

“The manager and the employees are often smoking right outside the door. It's not professional at all. Also I noticed the help is taking up parking by using the spaces in front of the store. The manager seems to be rude and has a sour look on her face all the time. Help is hard to find but these workers are ridiculous. Although they have one male that seems to be very nice and friendly to the people. They are slow at the lines. I go out of my way to avoid this DG if all possible. New management is a must.”

We were shopping for a sectional for our family room and they had so many to choose from. Ordering and delivery were exceptional and we love the furniture. “I am a partner in a property management company with over 40 rental properties. We needed someone to do repairs, upgrades and remodels on our properties. We searched and reviewed several companies in and outside out local area. Most companies would not take on the project because several of the properties are not in very good shape even though we explained that our goal was to repair them. They also would not visit all of the homes. We when contacted Patriot Construction and Remodeling they were professional and courteous. We asked if they would look at the homes and provide us with their thoughts on the properties and a quote for work we knew needed to be completed right away. They visited each property, inspected inside and out and even went so far as to crawl under several of the homes. It took them a week to complete their visits and a couple days to compile their results. They presented us with a list of jobs that they felt needed to be completed immediately and others that could be put off until later. The cost estimates were realistic and within our budget. They have completed several projects for us including bathroom remodels, plumbing repairs and landscaping. They are currently engaged in clean out and demolition of several properties we plan on completely renovating. We have hired them as our partner and they complete all of our rental projects and repairs. Their rates are competitive and their work is exemplary. I recommend them highly.”

“I was impressed in multiple ways this company was able to help me (1) speed: I called them on a Thursday. By Friday, they had a repairman out for an estimate. By Monday they had the team come out to start the fix, and the project was completely done by Friday (it was a pretty major project). Only 8 days from phone call to completion! It was incredible. I had other local companies waste 2+ weeks simply looking for a part. (2) Service: It was a major project and it took a little longer than expected, and they were actually at my house until 9 pm on a Friday. They did not “go home early” so they could go out and enjoy their Friday night, they stayed at my house until 9pm to fix the project. I couldn’t believe it! I told them they didn’t have to do that, and I told them repeatedly they could go home to spend time with their families — but they wanted to make sure I didn’t go the whole weekend without a broken air conditioner. (3) Accountability: They called me on Saturday morning to make sure it was still working! (4) Price: I definitely paid a lot less for my unit than a lot of my friends have. Highly recommend this company and will definitely call them back if I have future problems.”
