“Forever 21 has gotten better since pre-covid. They made sure everyone was 6ft apart while standing in line briefly to enter the store. They are keeping everything clean, i saw several workers spraying stations down and wiping. Which i appreciate greatly. Their plus size section has improved but I would like a bigger section. The whole store is for smaller sizes, a small men section and a small plus size section. But i found several items on sale.”

Under what was frankly an unreasonable time crunch due to my having to attend a wedding in literally hours he used his time well and worked to find something that fit me well and looked great- a difficult task given my long torso and short legs. “I am an over-the-road truck driver from Texas, I go to buckle locations all over the country. I stopped by yesterday and the lady asked me what I was looking for and I told her so she brought me a pair of jeans I tried them on they fit perfectly. Then she brings me another pair and I did not bother trying them on but when I got back to the truck stop I did and they would not fit so I called back and she said bring them right back no problem. Time I got back 2.6 six miles, she had found five other pair of jeans and had them waiting in the dressing room for me. This lady went above and beyond, this Buckle has earned my business forever. She's a very pretty lady and she's very polite she knows her job and she does it 100%. Thank you buckle and thank you ma'am.”
