“Forever 21 has gotten better since pre-covid. They made sure everyone was 6ft apart while standing in line briefly to enter the store. They are keeping everything clean, i saw several workers spraying stations down and wiping. Which i appreciate greatly. Their plus size section has improved but I would like a bigger section. The whole store is for smaller sizes, a small men section and a small plus size section. But i found several items on sale.”

“Compared to they're competition out here in Charlotte, this place is better than the rest. best customer service in a high end store that ive been to out here in Charlotte. i went to pure denim in south park and those people seemed to have they're noses shoved up they're buts. also this place " soho denim" gave me a better deal than everyone else out here for robin jeans, g-star and cult of individuality.. talk to the guy Adnan he was the one who helped me out.. def recommend this place to anyone who chooses to buy high end products.”

“I am an over-the-road truck driver from Texas, I go to buckle locations all over the country. I stopped by yesterday and the lady asked me what I was looking for and I told her so she brought me a pair of jeans I tried them on they fit perfectly. Then she brings me another pair and I did not bother trying them on but when I got back to the truck stop I did and they would not fit so I called back and she said bring them right back no problem. Time I got back 2.6 six miles, she had found five other pair of jeans and had them waiting in the dressing room for me. This lady went above and beyond, this Buckle has earned my business forever.
