Not only were my husband and I impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how, obviously, well maintained it was, our agent, Pamela, greeted us with a welcoming smile and a confident handshake. As newly transplanted residents, Pamela was professional and patient as she explained the entire process very clearly answering all of our questions to our satisfaction. She "chauffeured" us to our units in the customer care carts and demonstrated the easy opening and closing of the secure gates.
