“For two weeks I went back and forth with customer service regarding adjusting my bill to the initial corrected promise when I upgraded my phone. There, I was hung up on by a manager and told that the promotion did not exist and that I was stuck with a bill that I never agreed on. None the less, I went to the store where I purchase the phone and was promise the promotion. Instantly Abi began working on my issue. She allowed me the time to vent and hear my story. She immediately found varying ways she could make my experience more positive. Soon followed Ali, by appearance you would not assume he is the store manger. Instantly coming in to the situation, he began respectfully introducing himself and offering assistance. In his words, he respectfully asked Abi to do what was needed to make this experience more positive and continuously apologized for the ongoing issues I was having. AMAZING! This store was able have my bill corrected and credited in only a matter of minutes. To say corporate is suppose to trump store level stores, I had a wonderful and great experience with this store. When entering the store I had plans to go out my way to buy my contract out and switch carriers. By the end, I was overwhelmed about how welcoming this store is. To anyone who wants GREAT customer experience, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE visit this store who are valid in the information they provide while backing themselves with action. Honestly other stores, heck CORPORATE should follow this stores model.”
