“We had to replace a cook top in our kitchen, so after waiting for a while at Home Depot, we went to Plaza Appliance in Pineville. Having dealt with them in the past during a kitchen remodel, we found them to be informative and easy to work with. This experience was the same way. They set up an installation date, called ahead of time the morning of, came on time, installed the cook top in less than 30 minutes, and called a few days later to be sure everything was satisfactory. We dealt with Curtis and our installer, Fernando. We could not have been more pleased with this whole experience. I am never going to consider going to Lowe's or Home Depot again for a major appliance. These people did what they said they were going to do and we had such great service. They are the best!”

Paul (the store owner) is truly amazing and has been beyond helpful in making sure we got exactly what we needed for a great price. We have been everywhere looking at cribs and baby furniture and we were not even planning on buying today but just Paul’s wealth of knowledge, understanding of what we were looking for, and just the amount of help he gave us in providing us with our dream room for our little one is just unmatched! Ethan Allen furniture was a big part of my parent's home, and I've purchased Ethan Allen furniture myself over the years. When I moved from New York to Charlotte in early 2018 I brought some pieces with me. Once here I decided to create more permanent home and took myself off to Ethan Allen. I met Pam and was delighted with her knowledge of Ethan Allen products, and her ability to help me. When I showed a picture of an existing arm chair I had she recognized bookcases in the background as an Ethan Allen product from 20 years ago. Pretty impressive! Pam was a delight to work with. She was able to take my general ideas and show me new pieces perfectly answering my needs. I was happy with Pam's help, and would use her services again! I heartily recommend her to everyone!”
