“I would commonly say this is a typical Whole Foods. But this store is a little smaller than others. However, I really like it. It has most everything the other stores have, but much more quaint. There is a nice wine selection, with a wine tasting bar. The meat department is very nice with very high quality cuts. We will be back.”

“Absolutely love Jake and Stephanie. They have broke down so many moves for me that are amazingly affective. Big, big community feeling and everyone pushes and helps u to stay motivated. I'm 39 and my girls our 13 & 17, we have had an amazing time they actually love to come and get excited. Don't worry about injury at this CrossFit gym cause these guys know what they're doing and keep u safe and effective. I actually injured myself about 3 years ago and Jake talked me into coming and he has been very attentive to me as well as the class. All I have to say is u want a good, clean, fun and amazing gym check this place out!...”
