“This park is very well maintained. All of the ball fields are in good condition always. There is a 3.5 mile lope trail through the woods, which if walking will give you a good work out. You share the trail with cyclists, which are probably watch the ground, more than watching for you. That is the only issue I see. Just walk the opposite direction on the trail, so that you will be able to see them coming! They are also putting in a new playground for the kids, looks quite nice.”

“Fantastic Little Park tucked behind an elementary school. two separate playgrounds of different sizes for different pages with a variety of activities to do. Free little library, tennis courts, gazebo, walking trails through the woods. Immediate parking lot is relatively small but there is an overflow by picnic tables. Lots of big old trees for plenty of shade during hot days as well as a public bathroom and water fountain. we'll definitely come back when I'm in the neighborhood”

“Well manicured, great flora, nice events and free refreshments. But the film audio kept crashing. Amateur projection at best.”

“A nice wide walking path with plenty of nature to see and enjoy. Be careful after a rain storm, as slow drainage can leave large puddles on the path and the wooden walkways. Worth the trip just to spot the huge rock formation behind the Cedarfield development. Also there was a beaver dam and active beaver lodge in January of 2019.”

“I love flying here. this field is a hidden gem in the Charlotte area.... membership fees are incredibly low and the field is one of the nicest ones I have been to. The people who attend the field are great too. It's my go to spot for relaxation and flying.”
