Needless to say I was furious. John took the time to help me call customer service and describe what we were seeing. I didn’t even have to call him when the new television was delivered. Nicole was AWESOME - super friendly and personable, took the time to speak with us to understand our needs, and make sure we were satisfied with our decision. On the day of our move-in, she greeted us (in an extremely friendly manner, as always) and offered any help she could provide. The facility is extraordinarily well-kept, clean and accessible. “Nice local coffee shop feel, great place to chill or hop on the wifi for a while. After a couple visits the staff knew me and my order and that feels nice. The coffee is great, at least for someone like me who doesn't know much about coffee. They have oat milk which makes for a better vegan latte than almond milk. The common crowd gives off a pretty strong youth group vibe ????”

“You don’t think of great and comfortable service when renting a truck, but I got more. I did forget the lady’s name but she had braids or twists I’m not sure. She helped me get my truck and verified the process with me. I enjoyed her attitude and the gentleman who checked my truck in with dreads was very kind as well. Anxious to get off but that didn’t stop him from his duties, I’ve been there. Thank you for a great experience!”
