“I love the Villages Apartments! I live there now and I also lived there 25+ years ago. It is in a great location near I-77 and 485 just off South Blvd. Easy access to the train to downtown Charlotte. Close to shopping but also in a quiet neighborhood and near walking paths. Penny (the manager) and her staff are fantastic! They are always there to make my living experience comfortable and happy. I love the screened in porch and so does my indoor cat. He is so happy to go out on the porch anytime he wants. I even get a small roll of sod (grass) every couple weeks to put out there on plastic trays so he can experience outdoor life. I am happy he is safe and not roaming the neighborhood. I love that Penny is always thinking of great ways to make the community and residents lives better. That means a great deal to me and all of the residents. Thanks Penny!”

“When we got to our positive results, we did a lot of research and were really confused. Being our first time, we wanted a doc who could help us with all our queries without making us feel rushed and we settled with dr. Nguyen totally based on her reviews and distance from our place. And it turned out to be the best decision for us. During all our appointments she was really patient and answered all our questions without making us feel like she is in hurry or anything. There were times when she could have easily prescribed us medicines for so many things and yet she had been really honest in all her suggestions. For all 8 months, she was just one email away. Even for post-op care, I had issues with my stitches and she helped me throughout. She didn’t wait for me to complete 6 weeks (like standard procedure) to have a look at my stitches when I mentioned the pain and took me in on such short notice. Been 3 months since I delivered and I had sent an email to her 4 days back and got a reply within few hours. That’s how much I could rely on her. I generally do not write reviews but I know how hard it had been for me to find a good doc and hope this review helps people like me. Thanks dr. Nguyen for the best first pregnancy experience.”

“Everyone I met was professional and friendly. Leo provided outstanding customer service. I was looking for a Durango with 3rd row seats and a tow package that would support 6,200lbs. Online sources indicated the Durango can support up to 6,200 if 'properly equipped'. There are limited sources online that would explain in detail what is required to get the maximum tow ratings. Leo took the time to help confirm the tow capacity for this vehicle and answered all of my questions. I did not make a final decision until after closing time, but Leo was patient and I never felt rushed. I left with a new car that night happy and with no regrets. I came back another day to get the car detailed and another associate was quick to help. There is someone always ready to help. I am very happy with the customer service and the vehicle I purchased. “When I come to this restaurant, I find the employees to be kind and the orders fulfilled in a quick amount of time by Popeyes standards. Also, no fast food chicken sandwich can touch the Spicy Fried wich at Popeyes. This locations is one of the better ones I’ve been to. The interior is a bit dirty, and some other food options are not very good, but as long as you stick to fried chicken (especially the sandwich), you will not be disappointed.”

“Picked up a screw in one of my tires. Called on Thursday afternoon and they said the store was very busy and I would have a very long wait. But if I was there at 8am on Friday and they would get right in. So, I arrived at 745am on Friday. At 8am when they opened the doors I was the second customer. Looked at tire, saw the screw, had me drive into the bay. Worked done very quickly. Best part was NO charge. Thank You Discount Tire. Was back home before 9am.”

Management is friendly, polite and educated. Its a quiet place. Location in my opinion is the best. 10 min from the beach in both directions Clearwater Beach and Tampa !!!”
