I also had a side of Mac & Cheese and some sweet tea with lemon! Every single bite of food was nothing short of perfection. It was cooked to order and made from scratch. It was hot, inexpensive, and fresh! This was my first time visiting Red Robins, but it won't be my last! The decor was reflective of what a bar would or should look like and it was aesthetically appealing because of all the artwork, tv monitors (with sports playing), and a full fledged bar! It was such a clean and relaxing environment! I wholeheartedly recommend this location! The service was fast, intuitive, and accommodating! Having a kiosk to place orders, pay for my tab, and make use of to keep me entertained was absolutely brilliant!”

“Great customer service. Shelly checked me and she was phenomenal! The way CS should always be. Very accommodating. I had a small issue with the room (people before me smoked In the room). I was exhausted and just needed to sleep. She had another room for me to go into but it wasn’t A big deal. The room was clean otherwise and bed was comfortable. Great job, Shelly. And the woman who drove me to the airport (name escapes me) was wonderful as well.”

“I was one of the long-term stay guests at the Residence Inn Northlake. Service was SUPER EXCELLENT from day 1 !!!!! I will rate it 10 stars because everything was twice as nice!! All the management and staff are very helpful and they brightened up my day with their ready greeting and smile!! With the length of my stay there, I considered them as family. Special mention to Mr. Dave Love, the Sales Manager, for ALL his help and assistance. My stay here was the biggest highlight of my temporary move to Charlotte.”

“I would stay here again!!! My experience was an overall great one. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. So you'll know, this is a pet-friendly hotel or at least it was when I was there. My room neighbor had two gorgeous dogs that were very friendly and obedient. The only time I heard them bark was when they needed to go outside. That's a credit to the dog owners however, it reflects on the hotel as well. Again if I have to be within that area of Charlotte, I would definitely stay here again.”

“Convenient and open year-round. Many beautiful sites on the lake with nice views and sunsets. Some sites are downhill back-in and can be tough to navigate. But most are generally level, and quite private. Check site details on the website for appropriate lengths. The bathhouses are not particularly convenient, and are over due for an update… But overall, we enjoy the quiet and the views at this park.”

The room key card does not work on the side door forcing you to walk to the front. Also didn't like having to switch my key cards everyday of my stay. “Wow, wow, wow!. Another, Charlotte gold mine. Don't sleep on this small business. I ordered the 6 shrimps and whiting plate. The whiting was so big and the hush puppies were delicious. Have some of the best seasoned, I repeat seasoned food. Put Prices Chicken to shame. Will be back”
