“Loved it! All we did was hiking and it was great! If you like rock climbing or Mt. Biking you need to check it out! There are activities for all ages! There's an outfitter for you to buy gear and a restaurant too. The food was great! I had an excellent, flavorful, burger, with thick pieces of bacon in it.”

“Great disc gold course! The back nine was tough, but overall a really fun course. Plenty of birdy-able holes in the front 9 if you get the right line off your drive. Really enjoyed it.”

“I really like this park. There are two sides. One for big dogs and one for small dogs. I go in the morning and its usually pretty empty. There are a lot of people at the actual park while only one or two maybe at the dog parks. The big dog park is closest to the car parking and the fence runs along the back length of the park. There's a nice open area with benches and a really nice walking trail in the wooded area. There's a lot of room for fetch and chase. The small dog park is next to the big dark park on the right. There's a huge open field for your dog to play in and a nice wooded walk trail in the back with benches. We have played on both sides and my dog lives them both. There's a water fountain for humans and a faucet to fill water containers for dogs. There are also poop bags and big trash cans that look pretty clean.”

“Decent area park close to Walter G. Byers Elementary close to Uptown Charlotte. Not exceptionally huge but rather adequate space to get a light stroll in. There's a standard (beautiful) ball court, outing safe house and soccer field. A lot of space for an off the cuff excursion and simply a hike from Uptown's Music Factory. Welcoming for a round of badminton or open field play. Perfect, all around kept park in the Greenville Subdivision.”

“It was a nice open space with a kitchen & bathrooms. It's not a large space for 200 people less than 100 would probably be best for free movement esp if having table seating.”

“It is a great park to take your kids and spend a little time. Maybe hit the swings or something.☺”

“Good spot to bring kids to play and climb. There's a combination of large and small rocks that can be climbed on. Beware - one rock is at least a 40-50 foot straight fall from the edge so supervise little ones. There are also trails along a creek. We saw several large hawks. The only real drawback is that you can hear cars on I-485 which like it's only a half mile away. I didn't see any restroom either.”

“Love this park been playing pickup soccer there for years, been well maintained. Soo lately they have been kicking is off the soccer field at night. Which makes no sense becasue the lights are never on so we leave on our own once it's too dark to see. They kick us out about 20-30 mins before that. What is the point?? Make it make sense.”

“Has swings, a few slides, a field, basketball court, and an eating area, and a few benches. A lot of teens hang around here but will most likely be respectful if you bring your kids to play and buzz off.”

“Awesome soccer fields and some benches at each field for seating but it is best to bring your own outdoor chair. This is field #7. Great signage designating where the fields are too!”

“Convenient and open year-round. Many beautiful sites on the lake with nice views and sunsets. Some sites are downhill back-in and can be tough to navigate. But most are generally level, and quite private. Check site details on the website for appropriate lengths. The bathhouses are not particularly convenient, and are over due for an update… But overall, we enjoy the quiet and the views at this park.”
