Very thorough and patient with me and my daughter, I was VERY impressed. I came in wanting to schedule an appointment for me and my daughter and really took the time to explain to me my insurance information and when I called back again later on, made me feel a lot better about coming in due to COVID concerns for my family, I believe she said her name was Nichole??? “I'm currently a patient at the clinic. Dr Schmitt is incredibly knowledgeable about his field. He's really kinda nerdy but he is the best! He's gentle, logical, and honest. The entire staff is friendly and upbeat. This Dr saved me from a neurosurgery on my cervical spine just by using a decompression table and electronic adjustments! I'm going on 2 mos completely pain free and with full strength and function. It took 3 mos to get here, I do go back every 2-3 weeks, but I'm so pleased with the care I've received, I want everyone to know about this doctor!!!! He takes most insurances. “I needed to get some answers about my hearing so I visited Beltone Hearing Center in Matthews, N. C. The staff seemed to really care about my concerns and the technician, Sharon Klein explained everything in a way that I understood. I accepted the hearing aids the technician recommended, and so far I’m satisfied with that decision. I get follow up appointments, where I can raise concerns about the workings of the hearing aids and the technician always makes adjustments so the hearing aids are more comfortable for me. I currently have pending appointments. I recommend Beltone at Matthews, NC.”

While we were looking, they took our insurance card and looked up what benefits/discounts we had. When we sat down to order, all options and pricing were explained. Her glasses arrived a week later.
