“Hector & Sons first moved some of our stuff/treasures from our home of 18 years to two storage units for our kids. A few days later, they came back and loaded up one huge truck and then half of a medium sized truck. They stored it all at their facility overnight, then the next day, they went to our storage unit and finished loading up the second truck, and after that, proceeded to our 2 story condo to unload. Not one thing was broken. They were very professional, polite, took great care with our stuff and moved very fast. They called us to let us know they were on their way and arrived on time. I love that they are so dependable. And they worked with us when our closing held up the final move for a few hours. I had to have some items moved around since I didn't like where I had them put them originally, but that was no problem for this crew. Their rates are very competitive and reasonable. I love that this is a family business. We would highly recommend Hector & Sons.”

You should know that Joe studied music at Central Piedmont before switching to their program to train piano technicians. He knows and enjoys pianos. “I think it's probably more common to see negative reviews because people don't go out of their way to leave positive reviews unless they are extremely impressed. But I have used Roadrunner for 3 years now and I have no complaints. They always come up the cheapest for rates, and it's not the fastest delivery but it gets there no problem. I ship car parts so I can't tell you if they'll ruin your fine china as the stuff I ship is pretty sturdy. But for what it's worth, give them a chance.”

Once we selected my unit she personally walked me through how to get in the gate using my security code & which entrance to use to get into the building closest to my unit & even showed me how to use my new lock!
