I entered around 8:30p (close to closing) and there were 4 employees in visible site upon me entering and she was stocking cups there were two males on the line and neither spoke or acknowledged me standing waiting. She came over put on her gloves and asked how was I and how could she help. I thanked her for acknowledging me being there. I come here often however when you enter an establishment regardless if someone is restocking or packing an order they should speak to a customer. I did not catch her name but she was very sweet and professional. She’s a petite, possibly Hispanic young lady.”

Once I ordered on line and I requested that they make something not so spicy and they immediately called to find out if I was talking about the heat or the actual amount of spices in the dish as it was full of strong spices. That shows me they really care if you enjoy what they are making for you. They are wonderful!”

“Timely, knowledgeable, honest, fair, with a Charlotte presence for over 10 years. I will use and recommend Providence Electric for all my electrical needs large or small. They are fantastic! Prov Elec was our second call when we came home to 80% power outage. The first electrician said we had three choices ..1st 6k, 2nd 1.2k and 3rd temp fix for 450. Thomas came the next day. He looked at breaker panel and then the outside meter. He showed me where the 240 side of the meter had died and was a Duke Energy fix at no cost. He called Duke with me...who guaranteed they would be there that night. I paid Thomas the nominal service fee and 3 hours later Duke came to my home and full electricity was restored.”

“It was a quiet and amazing experience. We went here on a Friday around 4pm. We were the only ones there but it was nice to just have the whole place to ourselves. Waiter was on point and timely. The food came out hot and fresh. We over ordered so we brought a lot of leftovers to go but we love doing that. We ate the rest later that night when we were home. We ordered off their dim-sum menu and got everything that had mostly shrimp in it. Great quality and will be coming back! The place does look a bit intimidating because it’s located in a very old Asian strip mall but it is still worth going to. Don’t judge a book by its cover. :)”

“I returned to this location because my husband and I received such good hospitality, and quality work getting pedicures before. Kevin provided my service.. he did such an awesome job. today was interesting however, I made an appointment to receive nail soak off, eyelashes and full set for my friend. It was a mix-up but it was squared away in no time. Social distancing is what made me provide 4 stars. Everyone else was a station away from each other. My nail tech sat someone RIGHT next to me. For all of that you could have placed my friend next to me instead. Also im a huge fan of eye extensions, however after I received them today unsure if I will try again at this place. They are to full, not natural looking at all. At least 1hr after service my eyes were still itching badly. I lost a few clusters 🤦♀️ as well.”
