My husband’s Threapist was amazing he had no complaints he said it was one of the best massages he has ever had . However my experience was not so great my therapist didn’t even tell me his name but did make sure to let me know he was visually impaired, which I absolutely had no problem with , however several times during my massage he scratched me his nails were too long I told him he was scratching me and he said “I didn’t feel anything” and I was like but I did . This was super rude it really made my anniversary massage with my husband horrible. I did let the lady at the front know but she was a little frazzled as she said today was the 1st day she was working the desk alone , she had some difficulty with my payment as we were given a gift card . I know things are challenging with everything that’s going on in the world but at a place you come to relax you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your peace .”
