Very thorough and patient with me and my daughter, I was VERY impressed. I came in wanting to schedule an appointment for me and my daughter and really took the time to explain to me my insurance information and when I called back again later on, made me feel a lot better about coming in due to COVID concerns for my family, I believe she said her name was Nichole??? “I really appreciate the Urgent Care walk-in service. It is very helpful for a 76 year old like myself to be able to see my primary care physician without waiting for an appointment. I also like the fact that all my tests for, blood work, x-rays, etc. can be completed on site. Their MyChart online record data base keeps me informed and all test results are ready within 24 hours. If I have a medical question, I can contact them through email and receive an answer within 24 hours. Awesome place!”
