“St. Francis Prayer Springs hosts retreats, conferences, and learning sessions as well as providing space and time to individuals for private meditative and rest time. Though, Fr. Louis Canino OFM, the inspiration for and director of the Prayer Center since the early 2000s retired in early 2020, the Center retains its charisma and simplicity. The Center and its staff welcome, with reservations, people of all faiths. I look forward to my yearly group retreat at the center, and enjoy other periods at the Center like time before Christmas at which a small group ponders the meaning of this beloved feast day and holiday.”
