I would love to ask Truist security to check the video tape last Friday 10/7 when a male worker visibly was trying to threaten me physically and only if the Great Fanny Regalado saved the day! The male banker held me in office for over 15 minutes with never touching the computer but telling me that check in my account could not be accessed for 10 days! Without looking! Then looking at cameras at 10:25 am 10/7! Look at security cameras!! Thanks to the professionalism of Fanny her male employee counterpart did not hurt me!! Thank u Fanny and she handled my banking issue like a professional”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would. It's typical firehouse subs which are great but the customer service is truly exceptional. My daughter is allergic to eggs and tree nuts and most fast food type places we're typically met with a blank stare and "I don't know" when we ask if eggs or tree nuts are in an item. And it's like pulling teeth to try and get them to check for us. Not here. They immediately checked the sub rolls and we determined that the white sub rolls were safe for her to eat and she was able to get a grilled cheese. Firehouse is now her favorite restaurant and we feel safe letting her eat here.”

“It takes a certain caliber of trainer to be able to deal with my resistance. Jason is one of those few individuals that has been able to get me to preform even admits An exorbitant amount of bitching. He has and amazing personality and his sessions Will save you a tone of money on therapy. Not only am I more physically fit my mental well-being has vastly improved as well. Offers a ton of fitness knowledge and makes totally Achievable accommodations for more difficult exercises in the beginning. For instance my wrist gives me some pain and he works out a routine that very minimally affects it. I originally signed up for 24 session and have since continued to his group sessions because I recognize the value in his service. Each session brings me closer to where I’ve set my goals. If your looking for someone to help you reach your goals I highly recommend Jason.”
