“Triangle Visions @ Apex sets the bar really high for any optometrist office. The facility is sparkling clean yet it feels welcoming and cozy. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've seen nothing but smiling faces from the reception desk to Dr. Bass himself! They are prompt to invite you in and make you feel right away like they've been expecting you to visit. They went through great lengths to accommodate me and Meghan (OPTICAL) was so thorough in her measuring session that I just realized how carelessly I've been treated at every other optometrist practice I've been to before. I just picked up my new glasses after only over a week of ordering and I couldn't be any happier. Big shout out to Tiffany, Blake, Jessica and Meghan who even sent me home with a bag of goodies! To Dr. Bass, forever grateful for not only prescribing exactly what I need but also a very thorough exam and explanation of my condition and how the eyes work.
