Brette Davis and her team made it happen! We had been looking for some acreage for over a year and were referred to Brette through Zillow. At first, I was skeptical, as I would be with anyone, as we have had some sketchy dealings with realtors in the past. However, Brette dug right in and got to work. The initial property we inquired about didn't work out, but Brette kept at it without being pushy. She was very responsive and at times I felt bad that she was working on weekends and evenings. Ultimately, she found the property we purchased, in the area that we wanted, and guided us appropriately. The property sold so quickly that it never even appeared on Zillow. Brette is one of the most genuine people you will meet. My wife and I had no idea what to expect as first time home buyers. She made the whole process extremely easy and she truly cared about our needs. She literally went into our crawl space with a flashlight to make sure our foundation was in good condition.
