(November 16, 2017, 7:50 am)Gina and Pam are special. Their pre marketing and preparation before the house was listed was spot on. So much so that the day it went on the market we had 3 offers, and the lowest one being a full price offer.
They also helped us with the purchase of our new home, and they will make sure to point out any potential issues; even if it prolongs the sale. We are over the moon happy with our home, and Gilliam’s guidance gave us additional confidence on our decision.

(February 18, 2015, 11:03 pm)We hired Gilliam & Associates to sell our home in Cary after seeing their stellar reviews on Facebook groups. This was our first time selling a home and they were just the kind of realtors that we needed, very hands on.They were very responsive, respectful, professional, and helpful. In the end we took our home off the market after less than a week (even though we had an offer by the 2nd day) because we decided to stay in our lovely home for now :) We felt bad for wasting their time but they were gracious and happy for us. We will certainly use them whenever we do decide to sell again.
