“I brought my 11-year-old daughter, who has severe fear of anything medical, to this practice for two tooth extractions. They were absolutely phenomenal. Every detail of our experience here was wonderful, from the kind people who work the front desk and phones to the medical assistants to the Dr. Fritz and the entire staff. They were patient and answered all of my (MANY) questions. They were incredibly kind to my daughter, who was extremely nervous. Dr. Fritz and the anesthesiologist were amazing and made all of us feel confident, reassured and comfortable. The anesthesiologist called the evening before to see if we had any questions. Dr. Fritz called to follow up the day after the procedure. My daughter recovered beautifully and had a great experience that did not add to her medical anxiety (SO THANKFUL FOR THIS). I simply cannot recommend this office enough. I was torn about where to take my daughter because she has a lot of anxiety, but I wanted to leave this review for any other parents who may be in the same boat. I would, without any reservation, recommend Central Carolina Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for top notch medical care and an attentive, kind approach with their patients. They are a gift. I am grateful.”

“Honestly the best experience I have ever had. My 3 year old daughter split her chin open. (Just needed glue, no stiches) I was a wreck. (First rodeo). All of the doctors, nurses and staff were beyond excellent with my daughter. They were also excellent with me. (I was panicked). One of the doctors came right up and calmed me down and hugged me. The doctor who took care of us, (Brianna), was so gentle, patient and kind with my daughter and I. She cleaned and glued her up with no tears. Explained each step before it happened to my daughter and I. Was gentle in approach and touch as well. I can't thank everyone there enough for the care we received today. If I could give more stars I would.”

“I’ve been with Avance Care for about 5 years and I’ve been coming to this location for about 1-2 years. I have never had a bad experience at this location, or with Avance Care in general. I was initially hesitant about the style of this organization, sort of like a “big box” type of medical facility that has a ton of locations and is “speedy”. But I’ve found it to be much less impersonal than I expected. I’ve been with Dr. Savage here and I have to say she has been one of the best doctors I have had. She listens, genuinely listens, and is knowledgeable, empathetic, kind yet honest. I have issues with a particular medical exam and when I met her I told her my anxiety about this type of exam, and she was respectful about how she approached it, taking all my concerns into account. To me one of the biggest benefits about this place is the ease to make and change appointments and the ability to communicate directly with staff and doctors. I use the app to schedule appointments or change them, even weekend appointments which are essential to me. I have never had to wait excessively beyond my appointment time and many times when I arrive early I am seen early. Prescriptions are filled and refilled quickly (I get them sent locally to Harris Teeter). Usually within an hour of leaving my prescriptions are ready. I would recommend this place overall. I can’t speak for every doctor here, but I’ve seen Dr. Savage multiple times and Dr. Murphy once and have always felt comfortable with them.”

I’m an a**hole and hard to get along with, it’s part of why I go there so I don’t see how anyone could say anything negative about this place. Everyone there is more than friendly, kind and beyond professional. I even broke a chair and they didn’t even get mad at me. A few months ago before even giving this place try, I was hesitant based off a negative review, I guess that person had a bad day because I’ve been late and they were just worried about me was all. Maybe all the staff are different now because everyone there is amazing. The entire place has a peaceful aura about it, including the people there. Well done to whoever put this team together. I’ve been to quite a few offices over the years but this was the first time I’ve ever felt helped. Over 20 years of hopelessness and I finally have improvements in life because of this place and the staff here. He looks at all the medications I have been taking and gives me valuable input on changes I can make. “We L-O-V-E Dr Ambati and her staff. When we moved my mother from Florida, her condition was poor. Dr Ambati reviewed all the medications the Florida Cardiologist had prescribed and made several changes. She carefully monitored my mother's condition and worked with her other physicians, too. My mother's health improved and we managed to avoid putting her on kidney dialysis, too. It's been 2 years now and we are tremendously happy with how well my mother is doing. “Dr. Jean You and her staff at Little Tooth Co all radiate happiness and positivity towards their little clients, it’s practically contagious! We recently relocated to NC and, like many people, I rely heavily on reading reviews online. After seeing five star reviews and positive experiences on various social media outlets, I knew I had to take my kids (both under age 5) and I’m so glad I did - why didn’t a place like this exist when I was a child?! The new patient online registration process was seamless, we were able to be seen within a week, and the facility was incredibly clean and brimming with colorful, kid friendly artwork. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Miss. Jen was our hygienist and she did a spectacular job making my children feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. My 3yo was a bit more apprehensive, but she remained incredibly patient. My 5yo left excited about her successful visit to the dentist and said she can’t wait to go back! Stop searching and go here, you won’t regret it!”
