I'm not overwhelmed by the feeling of not knowing what to do and not overlooked in a group environment. Brendan and Shane do an amazing job at giving people the one-on-one while working out with others. I feel great at the end of every session and leave knowing I got a overall great workout in an hour. “I can't say enough about Stonebridge and the people that work here. First, they were very helpful with setting up an appointment for my son. Although I really didn't want to do video therapy, it worked out really well. We thought it was my 8 year old son that needed the therapy, but turned out we ended up doing a lot of parenting. We blamed his anxiety on outside stressors, but really he needed boundaries that we we weren't giving him. I'm glad they didn't just give us what we wanted and got to the root of the issue.”

“Staff is very professional and gets back to you in a timely manner. I followed NP Nicole Joslin here from her previous practice. I tried so many different providers and not one has made me feel as understood, reassured, and hopeful as Nicole. Some providers that you see exclusively for medicine have you in and out in 5 minutes. With Nicole she always checks on me, listens to how things have been, and gives me a mini therapy session before talking about meds. Being in my late teens/ early twenties it is so scary to find a provider that can converse empathically with younger people, and Nicole has certainly done that! I would recommend this practice tenfold!”

“I’ve been with Avance Care for about 5 years and I’ve been coming to this location for about 1-2 years. I have never had a bad experience at this location, or with Avance Care in general. I was initially hesitant about the style of this organization, sort of like a “big box” type of medical facility that has a ton of locations and is “speedy”. But I’ve found it to be much less impersonal than I expected. I’ve been with Dr. Savage here and I have to say she has been one of the best doctors I have had. She listens, genuinely listens, and is knowledgeable, empathetic, kind yet honest. I have issues with a particular medical exam and when I met her I told her my anxiety about this type of exam, and she was respectful about how she approached it, taking all my concerns into account. To me one of the biggest benefits about this place is the ease to make and change appointments and the ability to communicate directly with staff and doctors. I use the app to schedule appointments or change them, even weekend appointments which are essential to me. I have never had to wait excessively beyond my appointment time and many times when I arrive early I am seen early. Prescriptions are filled and refilled quickly (I get them sent locally to Harris Teeter). Usually within an hour of leaving my prescriptions are ready. I would recommend this place overall. I can’t speak for every doctor here, but I’ve seen Dr. Savage multiple times and Dr. Murphy once and have always felt comfortable with them.”

I've seen nothing but smiling faces from the reception desk to Dr. Bass himself! They are prompt to invite you in and make you feel right away like they've been expecting you to visit. They went through great lengths to accommodate me and Meghan (OPTICAL) was so thorough in her measuring session that I just realized how carelessly I've been treated at every other optometrist practice I've been to before. I just picked up my new glasses after only over a week of ordering and I couldn't be any happier. Big shout out to Tiffany, Blake, Jessica and Meghan who even sent me home with a bag of goodies!
