“I have noticed an April's Cleaning van at a neighbor's house down the street from me for several months. I decided to use the service because I had surgery and was told not to do any type of manual labor for 6 weeks. The service I used was the first time clean so they sent 5 ladies to clean my home. “Artisan first did our roof inspection and then did the roof replacement. They were very prompt to do the inspection and provided a detailed report of the damages to the insurance company. Once the roof replacement was approved by our insurance company we waited a couple of months for the job to start because Artisan has a lot of demand. They were very responsive to questions we had. They gave us detailed instructions of the process, of when they were going to deliver the materials and the how we needed to prepare the area for their work. On the day of installation they were punctual and protected the bushes and area around our house. They completed the roof replacement the same day and they cleaned everything meticulously. We are very pleased with the work done by Artisan and would highly recommend them. Our roof looks great!”

In a general sense, F45 is phenomenal workout program that keeps things interesting with high-intensity interval training that keeps it interesting with different exercises and timing every day, so it doesn't get old. It also makes efficient use of your time; it's all set up, the workouts are given to you, and you go home happy. West Apex has done an amazing job fostering a very team and family-like atmosphere where we're all pulling for the next person to push through the workout. I attribute it to the excellent trainers Leslie and Joel as well as the high quality people that attend the work outs. It's safe, it's fun, it's rewarding and it can be dang hard, but it's worth it. “I highly recommend Be young physical therapy. I came in with an extremely stubborn rotator cuff/bicep tendinitis for which I was already taking physical therapy at some other office. I just wanted to try be young since I heard great reviews about them. But within the first few visits, I got strength in my arm and was able to do so much more with my hands. I was attended by Dough who is just amazing at what he does. He was extremely extremely patient with my stubborn pain. He knew exactly how to add in the exercises and the weights gradually which eventually paid off. The best part is he documents the whole visit on his laptop and always refer to his notes before or during my visit. I went to Dough without any hopes that my hand will ever feel normal again but I started seeing results so quickly that I left my old Physiotherapist whom I was seeing for the last 4 months. Even the staff there-Megan, Samantha are very warm and friendly. I highly highly recommended this place. You will never be disappointed.”
