“I had an extraction appointment with Dr. Addison. From the time of registration til the time I left, everyone was helpful and attentive. We had a little complication with getting my blood pressure to focus because of anxiety, albeit it was a calming atmosphere, but Dr. Addison and the staff were cool, helped me with breathing techniques and waited until it normalized to where we could begin the surgery. Afterwards, they helped me to the car and the healing process began. Dr. Addison even called the next day to see how I was feeling. My husband and I truly appreciated the kind and thoughtful gesture. Everything and everyone were great and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Thank you Dr. Addison and the NU Image staff.”

“Today I had the pleasure of going to Lane & Associates for a routine cleaning everyone was very kind and professional. Medina took great care of me and my teeth, plus she informed me of a couple of things I need to work on before my next cleaning. She was so sweet, down to earth, and gentle. Dr. C was pretty cool, funny, and gave me some advice on a nightguard since I like to break my retainers while I sleep (not good). Now, Brittney, she kept me in stitches while doing my x-rays even at checkout. She is such a joy and a sweet spirit. Brittney was super helpful, plus she put reasonable fear in me to floss regularly.
