“This is my first experience with Triangle PC Geek Computers and it was exceptional. My old laptop died unexpectedly and I needed a replacement within two days to run my digital sound mixer. Alfredo, who is either the manager or owner, went out of his way to bring out a stack of touch screen notebooks from the service area and assisted me in choosing the one that was best for my application. By 2 pm the next day the notebook was upgraded to more RAM, a new SSD was installed, the computer was cleaned, fully tested and ready for pickup. I am very happy!”

“I rented a student flute for a month in October of this year 2022. The flute I rented was clean and appeared brand new! It was a Jupiter flute which was the same brand of flute I own. Ironically, the sounds/notes 🎶 were produced easier than my flute! 😛😯. The shop is small and reminds me of the instrument rental/repair shops back home 🏡 in TX. Lots of instruments and accessories could be found, bought, or rented depending on the item (overpriced in my opinion). The young people behind the counter were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the room in the back in which you can practice after you pick up your repaired instrument 👍. They do have a water 💦 fountain ⛲ and bathroom which is great. The only complaint would be the temperature 🌡️ was high (hot 🔥 inside) that day I went in.”

We started taking Kindermusik classes there when my daughter was about 10 months old, and have no intentions of stopping any time soon! We have been in classes taught by both Ms. Phoebe and Ms. Susan and they are both wonderful, caring instructors who truly love their jobs and their students. We’ve also gotten to make some great friends through our Kindermusik classes, which is an added bonus! Our household is high risk but we feel very comfortable taking our daughter here in the middle of this pandemic, as they are doing everything they can to keep students and parents safe.”

The individual lessons have provided her the opportunity to focus on learning the flute faster than would be possible in her band class. Sally is an experienced teacher, who clearly has played flute herself for some time. My daughter enjoys working with Sally who has introduced her to lesson books that she would not otherwise have known about at this stage. The school has always acted in a professional manner with regard to scheduling adjustments. I can recommend the school and Sally for lessons for flute and other wind instruments.”

I attempted to use the self-service copy / printer machines but I ran into an error with the machine, Google drive and some lack of communication between both. The girl working the print center (I forget her name but it began with an S) went out of her way to get the software to talk and my file to print. I was really impressed with her genuine interest in wanting to help but also had a great personality as well. =)”

“Spoke with Nick at Covey Computers about my 2015 Dell Desktop which had recently failed, and described the efforts I had made to revive it myself. He agreed that the cost to repair my defunct computer was likely not worth the replacement, especially since it was on its second motherboard (which was likely the point of failure, again), and he gave me some useful advice on future purchases. Appreciated his honesty, as someone who repairs computers, to not sell me on a service that wouldn't have been worthwhile. As is true with many things these days, "they don't make them like they used to." Thanks!”
