“My family and I checked in after a long drive down from Virginia in the middle of a snow storm, with my mother in law who has dementia and a Frenchie. On the way in we encountered a minor fender bender. I walked in frantic, at 9 am hoping for a room. Mr. Freeman asked no questions, gave me room and made me feel so much better. He held breakfast for us so we could get something to eat. I was literally in tears from his kindness. In this day and time it’s so incredibly rare to find good customer service. If I could’ve given him more I would’ve. Whenever I’m in town I’ll stay here as long as Mr. Freeman is the assistant manager. Thank you so much! You have no idea how much your generosity changed my entire day.”

“Okay, we have Family in the area and get the chance to stay fairly frequently. We have tried quite a few of the Marriott properties near the airport (always seem to be on an early morning flight out of RDU). This is our first time at this Courtyard....but it won't be our last. New property, convenient shuttle to and from the airport and nice folks that work at the hotel - everything that you need in a home away from home. You have numerous restaurant choices in the area (Shout out to the Mellow Mushroom crew in the neighborhood - excellent gluten free pizza). Bottom line - very nice property with excellent and friendly folks that work there - we will be back.”

“My stay was nice. Rooms are simple and modern. Staff did a good job of honoring the requirements to wear masks. Breakfast was all packages due to Corina virus. Only unpleasantness thing was water pressure in the shower. I made a call and they sent their maintenance engineer right over to fix it. He did very pleasantly but it did not make a big improvement. Good value for the money.”
