The guys doing the work - removal of the old kitchen, new carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile/granite work, etc. - are some of the best I've observed. “I really did enjoy working with the staff at the Ashley home store. If you are looking for more modern furniture, this may not be the store for you. I noticed that this store has a lot of bulky furniture. These furniture pieces will more likely go into large spaces. Compared to other furniture stores on Glenwood Avenue, this store seems to skew for a more mature, older crowd who would like more traditional furniture. Again the staff were super nice and great to work with. Prepared to be spoken to and I’m slightly followed around the store by a sales person. They only want to help you find what you are looking for. All in all they do have great pricing on some items; however, The signs are extremely difficult to read and to understand. I would love for a sales person to break down the signage structure of the pricing as soon as you walk into the door so that as you are looking around the store you know and understand exactly the price of the pieces. Great place just not the time to shop here as I am looking for something more modern.”

“When I walked in the lady said hello and helped me find what I was looking for. Although they didn't have what I needed (it was a specific saying on a mug so I didn't have high hopes) I ended up getting some candles. The lady when I checked out reminded me to use coupons and was super nice. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I overheard management talking to an employee and saw someone showing another how to fold towels and it was all so positive and well articulated.
