“I've always been a fan of discount tire as a consumer regardless of location, given their universally helpful and knowledge staff and generous policies around free rotation and balance, free leak repair (Even without road hazard coverage), and prorating for terminally damaged tire replacement. The sales people are not on commission which is also a plus when you want honest advice. This location in particular has always had a helpful and personable staff - even in the midst of the current pandemic - and everyone seems to like working there and being part of the team, which as a consumer I find to be a very big plus.”
