They included a lot of extra details many other homes on the market did not: crown molding, tray ceiling in the master, beautiful door casings, painted doors and the best shower I've ever used, to name a few. Their attention to detail shows. The warranty manager, Donovan, was great to deal with. He responded to emails day and night and solved the few issues we had quickly. We just completed the 1-year walkthrough and Donovan and his team went above and beyond to fix the things that popped up from the house settling over time. All the vendors were good to deal with, I didn't get any "that's not my problem" responses that I expected. 10/10, would buy from them again.”
