“Okay, I’ve lived in a lot of different apartments, in a lot of different states, all of which I would consider “luxury”, and PC blows them away. First of all, the place is gorgeous. Floor to ceiling windows, amazing amenities, and the location is *chef’s kiss*. But all the glamour aside, the stuff that makes me really love this apartment has to be how it’s run. First of all the staff are amazing. The agents in the office are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They respond to emails immediately, providing detailed information and answers, they have on several occasions offered to help me carry large packages upstairs or stay late to accommodate me, and most of all they’re the kind of people that make you feel comfortable instantly. Hats off to the maintenance team as well. They compete work requests immediately and not only that but they have addressed items I never actually expected them to handle (like paint touch ups on walls after I moved furniture in.) PC also has really great resident events. Like, stuff you actually want to go to. Free trials at local businesses, catered food nights, complimentary wine by the pool. The sense of community here is awesome. I really could go on and on, but my main takeaway is if you’re thinking about it, do it. You won’t regret living here.”
