“I have been very satisfied with Albert at North Raleigh personal storage. Originally I had to move from another state to here, so I put things in storage. Albert made the process simple for me with no issues. Another thing worth noting is that with the company having Sean Albert onsite it actually makes me feel better. Sean Albert noticed someone different was at my unit one time. He just alerted me via text. I had forgot my buddy was going by my unit that day. So all was good. But the fact that Sean Albert cared enough to alert me speaks volumes! You cant get this type of service from automated services. Im not saying they do this for everyone, but Im thankful that Sean Albert was there onsite and let me know. This is reason alone for me to choose this location and Sean Albert for storing my items because he really does care about the customer experience. Im a business person myself so i truly appreciate when a business goes the extra mile for its customers. Thanks Sean Albert and personal storage!”

Jason worked to get us pushed into the Coastal moving schedule. As a result, we were successful in vacating the home we had sold, meeting the requirements of the closing date, just two days later.
