“I’ve always had a great experience here. I know during covid and the lack of employees places have been experiencing recently has created a bit of a challenge for this store. I know when the delivery time is long on the website it will take a while before I can get my food. Obviously it’s just common sense not to order if I’m not willing to wait that long or longer. The drivers are always so polite and I know they drive as fast as they safely can in order to get the house. Anytime I’ve had an issue with my order I call & comply with whatever the policy is. 99% of the time they will fix a reasonable mistake that all humans make. I think it’s easy to forget service workers are still just people trying to work & pay their bills and not our personal servants. Love this place!”

“Maria is the only reason why I'm giving this 5 stars. She is the assistant manager and she does an amazing job under pressure. The manager Marcy on the other hand is very rude and has no clue about customer service. Someone really needs to teach her about empathy. Really don't understand how she is a manager. They need to promote Maria to manager. Marcy was also throwing pizza pants On the floor Her attitude is horrible She should not be an employee definitely not the manager”
