“I love this place. My family and I have gone here for years. I have had catering, take-out, dine-in, and even door dash from this place since 2018! They have the same cook every time, so the food is always consistent and super flavorful. Not to mention, the restaurant is extremely clean. I have yet to find anywhere else as clean as this place. To my family and me, cleanliness is a top priority, so we are glad to have found this gem! I will admit that I have seen price changes, but with the recent spike in inflation, it's to be expected. Like please name one place that has not had a price increase. In my opinion, I will always rather spend my money at any place that has the quality and is worth the price. “I have lived at The Cloister Townhouses for 8 years now and very happy. Each home has a cute courtyard which you may add any perennial plants or flowers if you choose. Make the courtyard your own. Love it in the warm months! Nice size basement as well. They have a wonderful management team who quickly and efficiently fix any issue in my home, which have been few! I would highly recommend these townhouses.”

And add to that goodness...Two great people that are always Soo polite and fun to be around. We laugh every time I visit. I am working on one of their sandwiches with fries and a small salad. “I’ve always had a great experience here. I know during covid and the lack of employees places have been experiencing recently has created a bit of a challenge for this store. I know when the delivery time is long on the website it will take a while before I can get my food. Obviously it’s just common sense not to order if I’m not willing to wait that long or longer. The drivers are always so polite and I know they drive as fast as they safely can in order to get the house. Anytime I’ve had an issue with my order I call & comply with whatever the policy is. 99% of the time they will fix a reasonable mistake that all humans make. I think it’s easy to forget service workers are still just people trying to work & pay their bills and not our personal servants. Love this place!”

“I've been going here since I was 7 years old. I'm now 19 years of age. The food here is pretty amazing and is the primary reason why this is my consistent go-to for "chinese" food. The customer service varies from time to time, as many people already stated it can be "very rude" to amazingly polite. I've had pretty much all different types of experiences when I go there and generally the cooks are polite, quick and not stingy with the food at all. The interior of the establishment isn't perfect but that's to be expected due to the low-end neighborhood, although they have made good updates recently with the restaurant, so this is subject to change in the future. Over-all I recommend this place for anyone trying to get good and cheap chinese food. Their Fried rice is absolutely too die for and is a must try.”
