“I love my school. As an adult student of 3 years here, I can say that Northern Campus is probably the best campus with the most resources. Everything is new and modern. They have a food pantry for students in need, which is a wonderful service. The library is spacious. Computer labs always working. As a member of the Fall class of 2020, I am proud to be a Wake Tech Eagle! It’s never too late to get your college degree. I’m 36 years old and can promise you that the joy and pride you feel when you finish is so worth it. Invest in your future and in yourself. Affordable education at a beautiful campus! Only con is that the bookstore rarely buys textbooks back. I’ve never seen my assigned advisor once. They never return your emails. That is my only real gripe. I had to set up my schedules myself as best as I could without their assistance.”

“This school is very good for academics and extracurriculars, but may not be the safest environment. It is in the middle of a generally unsafe neighborhood, and there are many fights and threats almost everyday. If you are a focused and good student, this school is for you, but do not get involved in all the drama. Being a graduate (class of 2017- Go Trojans!), I have enjoyed my experience at this school, although there have been a few ugly incidents....most of the teachers are very highly trained, and teach the curriculum very well. Having graduated this school, I can tell you that it is a great environment, and that you will miss it very much when you move on.”

“We can't speak highly enough about Raleigh Nursery School. We absolutely love everything about this school - from their incredibly thoughtful, creative, and loving teachers, their professional, welcoming, and engaging staff and volunteers, to their well-crafted programs. We started our 5 year old and 2.5 year old at RNS in February. I'm thrilled with how much our 5 year old was prepared in just a few months to enter Kindergarten. His K teacher has even pulled us aside to say how quickly he adjusted to the class and curriculum. Our 2.5 year old was in the beginning stages of potty training when we started her at RNS. When I picked her up after her first day - she had stayed dry all day. By the end of the week, she was a pro and completely trained (I 100% credit her teacher for this!). Their meals are well thought out and healthy. They serve a breakfast supplement, lunch, and dinner (at 3pm, so your child isn't begging for food the second you all get home). They also run a backyard garden, which they use to supplement their meals with - a couple of times in the summer, they had the children help prepare pizzas with basil they had grown themselves! They go outside at least once a day - even if it's raining as they have a nice sized sheltered porch in the back - and on occassion take walks to one of the two nearby city parks. Often times, they are outside two times a day. In addition to how much we love the school, our children have always been excited to go. They love their teachers, their friends, and their classroom.”

I appreciated the COVID precautions with doing everything outside and all the staff wore mask at all times. I am highly impressed in the difference in the guitars. They feel 100 times better to play and the prices were completely fair.”

“My children have attended Method for 4.5 years and we have been pleased with the center. The staff are kind, responsible, and always seeking to grow professionally through training. The community support is amazing - from a strong board to volunteer groups to the parent committee. My kids have learned so many skills. Examples include learning letters and colors, how to use silverware and clean up after themselves at table, potty training, gardening, and public speaking through show and tell. My son says every night at the dinner table that playing with his friends on the playground at Method was the highlight of his day. Great diversity and so much love at this center! “The School of Grace has helped my children to blossom and reach their full potential. My son attended the four year old class and my daughter attended the two year old class. I love the atmosphere, play-based education, gentle approach to loving discipline, and lots of fun every day! My kids love the school too and cannot wait to go back. They usually don't want to come home either!! The teachers are all so caring, positive, approachable, and share as much as they can with parents at the end of each day. They teach the children to mend relationships, and understand the feelings of themselves and others based on actions. Social skills, empathy, and care like that are lacking in so many children and adults, and these lessons last a lifetime. Children learn academics too, but the process is more important than the result. Each child is celebrated, cherished, and loved like family at The School of Grace. I like that I can volunteer in the classroom as much as I want, and my participation is welcomed. The School of Grace is a tremendous preschool and I cannot recommend it highly enough!! ”
