“As you enter first you see a building as you go down they have park area down the stairs. Its a clean park for kids, they have different structure for older kids compare to other local parks which are good for physical strength. Would love to visit again and on entrance there is a board where you can see which events are taking place in current month.”

“Fun trail with no traffic and mostly very flat. We rode our cruiser bikes about 10 miles until we reached an area of the trail that was flooded. Great way to spend a few hours in Raleigh.”

“They had story walk that we read as we followed path. At 1:00 Saturday there was only one other family there, way ahead of us. So social distancing great. At the end we petted the goats. Our 3 year old loves goats so he was in heaven. Thank you so much for this story walk. It has been a challenge to keep him entertained for the last 6 months.”

“I did get lost and was not at all frightened by the wildlife. However, I was approached by several humans that had extra curricular activities on their dirty minds. Lol. They frightened me more than if I'd seen a bear.”
