“The girl that loaded my car at target stacked 3 cases of water on top of each other and put the other bags behind it. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I heard them all fall over. No big deal, it’s just water. Then I started smelling detergent. Pulled over to get gas and checked the back, this is what I found. The water broke the lid on my detergent and all 150oz ended up all over the trunk of my car 😭 I was so mad and just wanted to cry. Like how do you even clean this up?? I called Target and explained what happened, and told them I was headed back to at least get a replacement detergent. Let me tell you, I did NOT expect what happened next. Honestly, I figured they’d give me another detergent, maybe a $20 gift card and obligatory apology. Oh no. They gave me a $40 gift card. Brought my cold items inside to keep in the coolers while they took pictures and filled out an incident report (to have a professional cleaning paid for), then CRAWLED IN THE BACK TO CLEAN IT UP as best they could. They also noticed one of the cases of water had detergent on it so they also replaced that. They were so nice and apologized profusely for this happening. They even left some what they called “hero pads” to continue soaking it up until I could bring it in to be cleaned. So a big THANK YOU to Peter and Dustin at the Wake Forest Target for your OUTSTANDING customer service. I drove away truly feeling like you made the situation right.”

“Came back to sports clips in Wake Forest after realizing the renovations were complete. The space looks very nice. The staff was very friendly. Both my son and I got our hair styled, my son was very happy with his cut, he told me he "felt like a new person". Nini was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing, super sweet, listened to exactly what I wanted for my cut. My hair is always out of control, but she made me look good and feel confident. Even let me look at some product which I ended up purchasing. 10/10 would recommend Nini and sports clips to anyone wanting to look fresh.”

“The Pho here is great! The taste and portion size are fantastic! The open ceiling and clean furniture gives the environment a nice touch. The only thing that didn’t go very well at this restaurant was the lack of sprouts. My family and I came here on 04/10/2021. We ordered 4 regular-sized pho noodle soups and only got enough sprouts for one noodle soup. When we told the waitress, she said that she would come back with more sprouts. However after we finished our meals, she came back and said that the kitchen ran out of sprouts. Because of this experience, I am only giving this 4 stars.”

“I have been wearing glasses for way too long, but last week was the first time I left an optometrist’s office feeling they got my prescription right. The doctor also took the time to talk with me about some potential hereditary issues and he didn’t rush his explanation in the least. I think if I’d had more questions he would have been happy to oblige my concerns. When I was fitted for frames there was no pressure from the optician trying to up sell the style. He too was knowledgeable about the vision issues my frames needed to address and helped me with several decisions I had to make. Bottom line, I could trust him. That was totally a first for me. Oh, and the staff was actually friendly in a sincere way no less!”
