“I love my Closet Factory closet system. We had tried to plan our space on our own with systems from Lowe’s, etc. but couldn’t figure out how to make it work. Lou Ann Duun was wonderful to work with. She made the process of figuring out our needs easy and made our space more functional and organized than we ever could. She is a whiz at making the best use of the space. She was even able to offer suggestions that might make our design more affordable and looked outside of the box to find products that fit our needs better than the traditional offerings. It took a while for our scheduled installation but when the date got here it was a smooth and efficient process. Our installer was a gem, efficient and pleasant and attentive to keeping things clean. I wish I could remember his name to mention here.”
