“All the Sonics I've visited, including other Cities and States, always have above average Customer Service! The food is good. Nice place to pull in & order your food. Either eat there or take home. Most have a drive thru available. They have so many great choices for beverages. On that they beat them all! Have shakes and other ice cream choices. Would highly recommend! Only downside I noticed,is the fact that their onion rings are no longer handmade. Now they are like most other places frozen & deep fried. Pity because their hand breaded was excellent! “This location has been a regular spot for just under 15 years for my wife and I. The food is great and service is pretty quick. Not all franchises are not created equal so give this location a shot and for sure ask for the house made hot sauce. Sometimes this place can get packed which is great knowing they'll be around for another 15 years God willing, so I'd suggest hitting this great place before or after regular eating times. Otherwise you might be waiting for 15 or so minutes. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but when you're craving their food it makes all the difference!”

“This Harris Teeter is like all of the rest however since there's so many people that go to it you can never really find any meat specials but that's not why I gave it four stars. I give it a 4 out of 5 because every time I've gone there, regardless of how many people are in the store, there are never any carts or baskets to be found. So, for the most part I have to carry around my groceries and or make two trips. Everyone who works is really nice though and I've never had an unpleasant experience due to staff.”

“Today, The SanSteam crew took their lunch break on location. What that means is, Jim & Kristian were elected to go grab lunch. I haven't been to this sonic in a while but it's always been a favorite of mine. "Happy Hour" in the morning, Great Food & Great smiles have always kept me coming back here, when time allows it. Today was a bit different because we didn't, eat at sonic, we just went to grab food for the guys while we worked cleaning educational class rooms and office buildings at the church. George didn't like his clump of mushy fries but George is a whiner anyway, everything else was great. The car hop Janna was awesome and even took time let me take her picture for this review. I didn't think to check to make sure our order was right or not and guess what, it was perfect. “I've driven by this restaurant a thousand times and never stopped, being put off by the shopping center and the neighborhood. Boy do I feel stupid. I stopped in on 12/14/21 after reading that the dining room was now open. Ordered eggplant app and spaghetti w/meat sauce. Both dishes were spectacular! I could have been eating here for the last 20+ years. The food was simply excellent. I'll be back again this week. I've haven't had better Italian food anywhere in Raleigh, including the trendy places downtown, and they cost 3-5 times what this restaurant charges for real deal authentic Italian.”
