When I walked in there was one guy making pizza, making wigs, boxing the food, cashiering, and answering the phones. I don’t know how he did it so smoothly and efficiently and with such a tremendous attitude. On top of that when I got home everything from my order was correct and absolutely delicious! My younger brothers favorite thing was getting donuts for my family so I wanted to keep the tradition going. The donuts are so so fresh and every flavor they have is so freaking fantastic. I know my brother would approve. The lady who works there already knows me now and I feel bad I don't know her name but she is great! Love coming in and seeing her! They never act like they wish they weren't there or act as though your questions are annoying. Sadly, in Raleigh, most fast food employees are rude and could care less if your order is correct and this has been going on for years, not just during the pandemic. So I like to give huge shout outs to places that have employees that go above and beyond. I also feel like when this is a consistency across the board, then a lot of credit has to be given to the management for hiring and training these friendly, patient employees.”

Appetizers, salads, and dinner where we'll spaced, and our drinks where refilled before we even thought to ask. I had the smokehouse burger which www cooked exactly at the medium that I requested. The burger literally MELTED in my mouth! Yum! My two guests both got prime rib, which was utterly perfect at medium rare also. We will definitely return alto try out the rest of the menu.”

“I’ve always had a great experience here. I know during covid and the lack of employees places have been experiencing recently has created a bit of a challenge for this store. I know when the delivery time is long on the website it will take a while before I can get my food. Obviously it’s just common sense not to order if I’m not willing to wait that long or longer. The drivers are always so polite and I know they drive as fast as they safely can in order to get the house. Anytime I’ve had an issue with my order I call & comply with whatever the policy is. 99% of the time they will fix a reasonable mistake that all humans make. I think it’s easy to forget service workers are still just people trying to work & pay their bills and not our personal servants. Love this place!”
