“We drove 10 hours that day and arrived at a campground in Selma, NC around 7:00 pm. When my husband was finish setting up our trailer, he realized we had a leak under our shower. I called around to probably 15 different local RV repairs and could not get a hold of anyone. I then called Laid Back RV and they came out within the hour at 8:00 at night to fix our leak. They had it fixed in 30 minutes. I highly recommend them!!”

The compassion and care we received throughout the process was amazing. We are in Virginia and my grandparents are in Maryland so we wanted to be sure they’d be cared for until we could get them moved here with us. 2nd Family not only cared for my grandparents but they recognized and acknowledged our feelings as well. They listened patiently and took time to speak with us about the process. I’m thankful also for the caretakers they sent to spend time with my grandmother.
