The owner, Jared, came to open the store for us and let us pick up the cake on Christmas Eve when they were closed, even though it was 100% our fault for forgetting the pick-up. As for the company in whole, I'm disappointed they removed the sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup, all that leaves is the sugar free vanilla. I'm also not a fan of the paper straws they started using, they disintegrate before you can finish your drink! Have to carry your own straws now. Also they seem to be out of the ingredients to make their seasonal drinks, I know there are supply chain issues but considering these are seasonal it would be wise to make sure you can get the ingredients for the whole season.”

When I put the car wash code that was provided for me on my receipt the lights in auto car wash didn’t come in so I went inside to speak with Sherry and she explained she would reset it. “Let's start with the bad. I have had a couple bad experiences here, but they were on nights that the staff were overwhelmed. For example, on the 4th of July only part of my order was made. In their defense, the employees working that night were slammed since all the other local options were closed. Customer service refunded my missing items, so overall it was just a bit of an inconvenience. Most nights I get great service and delicious food here. Tonight (1/26/2022) the cashier even asked if I needed a straw and brought it to me as I was about to walk out the door. I really think you will have a very tough time finding a better Sheetz or late night snack provider in this area.”

The best part of biscuitville is their ingredients are all locally sourced from local farmers meaning the money they make is going right back into the local economy making the whole operation self sustainable and how awesome is that? The lines here are usually long but they move pretty quickly. I absolutely love the breakfast here and this location is one of the best if not the best. Clean dining room and clean bathrooms.
