“We have had 3 vehicles in the shop for a multitude of services over the last several months. Services included oil change, inspection, suspension, breaking, and even a transmission replacement. The work performed was excellent. Most notable is Sellers excellent service. Additional work for the transmission replacement was comped due to the fact "we should have caught it on the initial diagnostic." A miss billing incident was caught quickly and refund was applied in less the 24hrs. They have even gone as far as to drive my wife home then deliver the vehicle to our house after service. I've never worked with a shop this good. They are amazing.”

I bought my tractor to quality because it kept stalling in the field. After troubleshooting, they could not get it to stall at the shop. Upon, getting it home and using it, it continued to stall. Seth sent out his team to troubleshoot the issue in the field. What I really Appreciate was the concern to fix my tractor. They left an open ticket until we figured out what was wrong with my tractor. Once they figured out, it was a fuel issue They were able to address the issue and complete the repairs. “Absolutely amazing service! I wish these guys were closer to Concord FOR SURE! I blew a tire and by chance, was less than a minute away from their shop. I called and he quickly let me know that he in fact had the tire I was looking for and gave me the price. I had to wait 40min for my ride to scoop me up, but once I showed up, he knew who I was and recited my tire size to me. I've been to a lot of places that sell used tires and what he gave me FAR surpassed anything I've ever seen in my side of town. Most people would scam you into thinking it was a brand new tire. Great prices, and insanely fast/friendly service. I will GLADLY make the 40min trip every single time I ever need tires, just to deal with these guys. AMAZING! Wish I could give 10 Stars!”

“I love this shop Jarrett and his crew are very nice and gets the job done. I was told by someone else that my daughter car more than likely need head gasket and would cost $2200 to fix. I called Jarrett he told me to bring the car and he said they misdiagnosed it. He put it on the machine and it was just a coil. He replaced it and not even 30 mins later and a heck cheaper the car is fixed. He is very reasonable and the shop to go to. I highly recommend him.”

“Darrel and his team really took great care of us! But first, some back story... We had bought three Hyundais from Priority Hyundai since 2019. When the paint on my wife's white 2018 Hyundai began peeling off in 2022, we asked Priority to do something about it. They gave us the runaround throughout most of 2023. We clearly were not a priority! We asked for the manager numerous times. He never returned our calls. Eventually, they took pictures of the vehicle to send up to corporate to get corporate support for fresh paint. We were told to wait at least six weeks to get a response. We checked in at the time we were told to. They never actually sent the pics! Hyundai corporate then told us to try Checkered Flag Hyundai. At this point my wife and I were really frustrated. My wife set an appointment with Checkered Flag a week or two in advance. We got there for our appointment, which was confirmed the day before, and were promptly told they couldn't help us because we didn't buy our vehicle there. Our time was disrespected and wasted! My wife laid into the manager, never using any foul language, but making her frustration clear. Instead of being a problem solver, the manager just told her there's nothing she could do about it. I explained to the lady that we are a Hyundai family and it would be good for their business to handle this situation and take care of our paint. I told them we'd buy future vehicles from them and leave a glowing review. Finally, she agreed to take pictures to send to corporate. The manager never actually sent the pics. We finally went to Hall Hyundai in Elizabeth City. Darrel greeted me with a warm smile and a heart for service! He looked my vehicle over, took pics, and was straight with me. He said he wasn't sure that Hyundai would cover the cost, but he would send the pics in and get back to me in 2-3 days. One day later, Darrel called me to tell me that Hyundai would cover 100% AND provide a rental car while we waited! Darrel was so meticulous and cared so much about getting the job done right that he called me when the paint was initially dry and said, "I'm not happy with how it turned out. I want to get this right. Keep the rental for a few more days." That's a man and a team that takes pride in doing right by their customers!!! A few days later, I returned the rental and picked up the car. Not only was the paint perfect, but they detailed the interior of the vehicle for us as well! Because of Darrel's kindness, because he treated us like valued guests and human beings, because he did not treat us like a number, we will only buy our next Hyundai from Hall Hyundai in Elizabeth City!!! Thank you Darrel and team Hall! You restored our faith in people in the service industry!”
